Programme 1: Business or Pleasure
Portrait of independent record label Truck Records based in Oxford. We see the label's Trailer Park nights being organised and managed, and follow their head of sales to the international music conference, MIDEM, in Cannes.

Programme 2: Yo Fulham
Yo! Sushi launches a new restaurant in Fulham's new shopping centre. We see the recruitment and training of new workers; follow the difficult process of knocking them into shape, the building and design of the restaurant and nervous early days.

Programme 3: Staying in the Black
Follows through the mastering, production and release of Truck band Black Nielson's new album, how it is plugged and whether it gets a crucial play on BBC Radio. Someone's overspent – by £1,500 – but will the label break even on the album?

Programme 4: Fish to Go
Yo! Sushi's take-away brand, Yo To Go is in urgent need of a facelift. Marketing experts 'Feel' are called into help – but how effective will their campaign be?

Programme 5: Contracts and Commitments
Truck Records is on a knife edge – leaking money – and its creditors are kicking up a fuss. It has to tie down its bands on secure contracts – but the bands are not playing ball.

Programme 6: People and Profits
Yo! Sushi's Fulham branch has been open for three months but is still not hitting its targets . The restaurant is overstaffed, and turnover needs to be higher. So can Yo's Operations Manager Alison Vickers knock the team into shape?
