From the point of subscription onwards Channel 4 Learning seeks to develop an ongoing relationship with our customers to support them in the creative use of ICT across the curriculum and enable them to meet the government's agenda. This approach has led teachers to see us as a 'solution provider' rather than a content supplier.

In 2005, our first-class attention to the customer was recognised when our parent company, Espresso Education Ltd, was named Supplier of the Year at the Education Resource Awards. We were also short-listed in 2006 and 2007 for this award.
